Self-service ordering kiosk with a 23.8" customer screen, integrated 8" payment terminal and built-in receipt printer.
Overview
A self-ordering kiosk for quick service: a 23.8-inch touchscreen for browsing and customising the order, an integrated 8-inch Clover Mini taking the payment, and a built-in 80mm thermal printer. Menus sync from the Clover till.
The Clover Kiosk lets customers order and pay for themselves. It is two screens in one unit: a 23.8-inch touchscreen where the customer browses the menu and customises what they want, and a separate 8-inch payment terminal beneath it where they pay. Splitting the two is deliberate - the customer's card and PIN never go anywhere near the big display everybody can see.
Its menu comes from your Clover till rather than from a separate system you have to maintain. Items and prices sync automatically, orders land on your Kitchen Display System or kitchen printer exactly as if they had been taken at the counter, and you can switch categories, items and modifiers on and off without touching the kiosk itself. When nobody is using it, it runs a content loop of your own promotions.
It arrives ready to use with no installation step, and it mounts on a wall, on a countertop or on a floor stand. The floor stand is adjustable for wheelchair accessibility, which for many operators is not a preference but a requirement. Both screens have anti-fingerprint and anti-glare coating - the first matters more than you would think on a surface every customer touches.
It takes contactless, chip, magstripe and debit PIN, prints receipts on its own 80mm thermal printer using standard 3-1/8 inch rolls, and can scan using the camera on the payment terminal, with an external scanner available if you need a dedicated one.
One point to confirm before ordering. Clover describes the payment terminal as an integrated 8-inch Clover Mini but does not say which generation of Mini, and the Mini 2 and Mini 3 are different devices. We have deliberately not copied the Mini 3's specifications onto this page. If the payment terminal's processor, memory or certification level matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm the exact configuration with Clover first.
